Hello Everyone,

So today we have touched a little  bit the wellbeing of the employees.

I can not emphasize how important it is to take care of yourself  DAILY. Keeping your daily wellbeing practices that make you  well in the morning or throughout the day will decrase the possibility of feeling unwell throughout the day.

My whole professional sport career I did yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness, beside physical traning , just to keep my stress level under control, the same is true for CEO management levels of corporate world.

Try to keep the balance between wellbeing and professional career and your daily decisions will make a profound change on a society in a more sustainable way.
