Hello Everybody, welcome back to Living with a green heart inicitive. 

Let me just recap what we had covered so far.  We had covered how important it is to move your body, to exercise every day, the proper nutrition which helps your brain and body to stay focused and  calm throughout the day and the quality of our living spaces, where one can create your own oasis of wellbeing.

And today I am going to show you one of the relaxation techniques, breathing technique called Alternate Nostril breathing. This breathing exercise relieves anxiety, stabilizes your nervous system, and increases oxygen flow. They also improve concentration by balancing your solar and lunar, heating and cooling, masculine and feminine energies.
