What does it mean the whole concept of wellbeing?

We need to take care of all four pillars of wellbeing. Yes, we can take care of our body, by doing our sports,  and after a while we are not satisfied with a normal running or cycling mileage anymore , we need more of it.   Second, proper well balanced nutrition is very important. As a former professional athlete I think, it is really  important to have BALANCE in your life. Living a balanced life means determining what is most important to you and expending your time and energy accordingly. Find in your life the things that build you up and give you daily satisfaction. In order to do so, you need enough sleep and knowing what type of chronotype you are, what is the right time for you to go to bed. Furthermore, surround yourself with great social network, people that ispire you. Finding the serenity and peace within yourself is very valuable, because no matter what happens during the day for you, you will still be able to come back to your center. 

Everything that is , it is already within you.
