Hi Everybody, today we are going to experience Earthing,  Grounding or earthing is a therapeutic technique that focuses on realigning your electrical energy by reconnecting to the earth. You can walk barefoot, as you used to do as a child, in the grass, sand , rocks, forest or in the snow. 

Science believes that through grounding, the natural defenses of the body can be restored. It also reduces inflammation, pain, stress, improves blood flow, sleep and vitality..

It doesn t matter where in the world you are, Winter or Summer, take off your shoes and do some earthing – your body will be grateful.
